Returns & Refunds Policy – Unholy Paws

We want you and your pet to love your Unholy Paws costume. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery by sending photos or video proof to luull.pat@gmail.com

In such cases, we offer:

A free replacement, or
A full refund

Returns for Personal Reasons

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the costume is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on items that have been used, washed, or show signs of pet wear.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, the order may already be in production.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. Unholy Paws reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
